Missing Add to Cart Button

At the time, the client didn't want pricing displayed. I thought it'd be an easy fix, but making sure that Display 'Add to cart' button was set to yes thoughout the configuration. But that didn't help.

I updated the cart to the latest version without any change to the front end not displaying the Add To Cart button. So I figured it was in the CSS somewhere.

I have inspected product pages and see where the add to cart should be, I also turned on the quanity option to see if could get that to display, but no luck there.

I have looked at the template.css, the front end template, as well the theme presets.

And I've looked at customizations for the different views, but am pulling my hair out. Any thoughts / direction would be most appreciated.

Note that if your product is FREE and that the "Display 'add to cart' button for free products" option is set to Yes VIA "Hikashop->System->Configuration->Main."

Also, can you show me through some screenshots what do you have and what do you exactly want to do ?
