How to add "PRICE: " in front of the price itself

How to add text "PRICE: " in front of the price itself on Product page, in CART in Checkout, everywhere where the price is displayed?
It is better if this text "PRICE: " is one of the parameters (probably the PRICE or PRODUCT_PRICE or CART_PRODUCT_PRICE) which is translated automatically depending on the language selected.
