Show all prices on product detail page?

I have a new client who says that the product detail page used to list all prices for a product on the front-end when logged in as a super admin. I can't verify this but, they swear that it did.

When viewing products from a table view, all prices do show up (screenshots attached).

When you click the product details page, those prices are not listed. Is Hikashop supposed to show all prices to admins on the product details page? If so, how do you enable this (we've tried everything via menus and config).

If not, is there some code we can add to display all prices on the detail page?

I am looking at the configuration screen now and can't locate that setting. Where is the setting you mention?
