Shipping Address dosenot show up

Hi All
I have built my shop with help from the moderating team and it is looking good, thanks for all your help, but I have found another problem.

When I go to my order section in the back end I click on the invoice tab at the top is does not show the shipping address so I clicked on the shipping invoice and that is just what they have ordered.

What I would I would like to show up on the invoice is the billing address and the shipping address if it is different can anyone please help me with this problem.

It is set to free shiping i thinkbelow are some screen shots of what my setting look like.

I would like the shipping address at the side of the billing address if it is diffrent then the billing address.

Hello John,
For the moment you don't have any Payment and Shipping step on your checkout workflow via "Hikashop->System->Configuration->Checkout", so your customers can't logically have a shipping address if there is nothing to ship.
Do you want to build your shop without any payment and shipping ?
