The product options are appearing on the frontend

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.3.3
-- Joomla version -- : 3.3.6
-- PHP version -- : 5.3.29
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Firefox 44

I have 3 categories under the products root (Categories, Brands and Options). I always handle the product options as different product (I don't want if users can order them). But somehow google cached the direct url of these option, and now users can access it. Is it possible to hide all these products from the users?
If its possible, I don't want to update my Hikashop, because I made some modifications in the core files and it would be really hard to make an upgrade.

You can un-publish your products or set a special group through the "ACL" option of your products configuration page

Thank you, but if I disable them or change the access level it also disappears on the product page.
So just to be clear: I want the item "Beépítéshez szaniter szilikont" appear as selectable option on the product page (first link), but I don't want it to be accessible as separate item (second link).

I have some children category under the options category, should I disable all of them?

As you can see, the options category is disabled.
Module 114 is the "Termékkategóriák" module on the left site of the page, which lists the categories under the main product category.
In the module options the product category is selected.
