impossible to select image from media library

Dear Hikashop-Team,

unfortunately I have 2 big problems with the Hikashop:

1. If I want to create a new product and try to upload an image from media library- I cannot choose the image because the window is outside of my field of view (check the screenshot). It is not possible to move the window or resize it.
2. If I want to click on configuration every time a white window gets open and its not possible to do anything - I always have to reload the site - there is no configuration site for me to see at all.

Hi,

1. I've checked on my end but the popup opens in the middle:
take.ms/jTgyT
Try changing the "popup mode" setting of the HikaShop configuration. Some of the possible values might circumvent the problem.

2. White without anything? In that case, turn on the "error reporting" setting of the Joomla configuration and try again. It should then display an error message, which will help us tell you what to do.

first at all thank you! Unfortunately:

2. I changed the error settings - but it is still not working :(

Hello,

It should display an error message that will help us to fix it, are you sure that you :
- Activated the Joomla debug mode ("Administration->Global configuration->System->Debug System/Language")
- Have set the "error reporting" option of the Joomla configuration to "maximum"

Test it again after checking these 2 options ?

we still have big problems with the shop. Every pop up-window is not visible and only shown in half. See another screenshot.
Is it possible to give you an account and you check our backend?

You can't go to HikaShop configuration ? OR you can find the HikaShop options ?

2. I changed the error settings - but it is still not working


By "still not working" you mean that no error message are displayed OR that didn't solve your issue, if you mean that that a misunderstanding the Debug System (System => Global Configuration, then on System tab on Debug settings part) aim isn't to solve but allow to display error message.

Okay,

1. I already changed the Debug System (check image 1)
2. I already changed the error reporting to maximum (check image 2)

I still cannot see the entire pop up window - its still on the left-hand side and only half of it is visible (check image 3).
I would suggest I send you a login account and you can check it by yourself.
