Hi, I have a problem with the product page when I click the product since the content module in the home page. (See image 1) The problem is that modules in the left part do not appear.

While, when I click on the product link in the menu store go to a product page with modules in the left part. (See image 2)

I need that when a client click on a product since a module content at the home menu show a product page like image 2. The other thing that I dont understand is why the url link on image 1 is like: www.proton5.com/offline/isotopo/componen...colate-72-ghana.html
I think that should be a url link like image 2: www.proton5.com/offline/isotopo/componen...colate-72-ghana.html

Lastly, I bought a hikashop styles and you can see in the page the look and feel is terrible! I have tried some options and i left the best one but is not good. Could you tell me if I am missing a configuration with the style?

Thanks in advance.

Hello,

First idea to solve this, follow this steps :
- Go to Extensions => Modules
- Click to edit your modules and "Hikashop Options" tab
- Look for, "Menu" in "Data display" part
- Check if your have select a target menu or if it's None you have to select the target menu.

Second point to check, click on "Menu Assignment" if you have selected to your module Assignment and if your settings are well configured.

For your last point, ok everything isn't well configured, can you send us a screenshot of your style configuration page ?
We will see together what you can do for optimized it.

Awaiting news from you.

Regards,

Hi Philip, Thank you for you help. I tried the options that you said and the problem is not solved. Please tell me if you have other idea. The url of my page is www.proton5.com/offline/isotopo/

On the other hand, I figure out how to solve the problem of the style. The problem was in the item box configuration of the Hikashop option in the hikashop module content. I set any options to inherit.

Regards.

Hi,

As Philip said you have to edit the module with the id "390" and for its "menu" option select the menu with the id "174" that way you will have the same module assignment than if you come from the shop menu.

Thnak you, as I said before I did that and did not solved the problem. I already solved the problem using canonical url by product and was very hard for me because and I starting to use hikashop. On the other hand, it is important to say that this solution is not good because I have to set the canonical url in every product but I have no time to continue waiting for solve this problem.
