Unpublished products shown

That's probably because you have another variant which need the 75 cm value of the first characteristic and another variant which need the 160 cm value of the second characteristic. So the system has to display them in the dropdown or you wouldn't be able to select the other variants using these values.
If you want to avoid that, you can change the "characteristic selection method" option of the HikaShop configuration to "list" or "table" and you won't see the unpublished variants as you won't be able to select them.
