-- HikaShop version -- : HikaShop Business 2.6.2,
-- Joomla version -- : Joomla! 3.5.1 Stable
-- PHP version -- : 5.6.18
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Safari 9.1

I have set up a new site and when try to display products in a category, either via a menu item or from a Hikashop module displaying categories, a page is shown with no items. All products are published, have images and unlimited stock.

Hi,

If you have the file templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/html/com_hikashop/category/listing.php try renaming it via FTP. That will deactivate the view override.
If it's from an old version of HikaShop, it's possible it could be creating the problem.
If you still have the problem, please provide a screenshot of the settings of your menu item.

The whole installation is new. I have not used any old files from anywhere else.

I did do what you suggested in any case, but it did not have an effect.
