-- HikaShop version -- : 2.6.2

Hello,

1. I would like to move the "hikashop_product_left_part" and "hikashop_product_right_part" to the left, so that it is in one line with the top_part and the bottom_part (Attachment 1). Which file do I have do edit?

2. I would like to remove the margin of the "hikashop_product_main_image_subdiv" so that there no more such a big gap between the image and the right_part (Attachment 2). Which file do I have to edit here?

And finally:

3. Is there any possibility to display a price per month and the normal price? It would be very useful, whereas I have some products which are monthly subscriptions with an additional one-time payment. And I have products that only have a monthly price.

I hope you understand what I mean.

Thank you in advance!

Hi,

1. and 2. You can do that by adding custom CSS. Here is more documentation about how to do that:
www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/1...ize-the-display.html

3. I suppose that you have integrated HikaShop with a subscription extension like Emerald or Akeeba Subscriptions.
So I see two possibilities:
- you create two different products, one for the subscription and one for the one time fee and you add them as related products of one another so that a link to the other appear on their product page.
- you create a characteristic with two values for the type of product selection, add that characteristic to one product, add both variants in the variants tab, and edit each variant to configure the different prices and the subscription plan for the variant for the subscription.

Hello,

ok, but how can I display the price "per month" at the product view?

Hello,

since I have recurring products and no recurring products, this message shown in the attachment appears.

How can I fix it?

Thank you in advance.

Hi,

1. You can follow the section "I sell packed products, how can I change "each" text in the product page ?" of our FAQ:
www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/106-faq.html#tran
And configure different values for the "each" after the price for each variant of the product.

2. Payment gateways don't handle at the same time recurring products and non recurring products. I don't think you can do anything about that unfortunately.

Hello Nicolas,

even if I use payment methods for recurring and non recurring products? For example both PayPal plugins.

Hi,

Yes. The payment will have to be done in two different orders, one for the non recurring products, and one for the recurring products.
