Sell gift certificates

I'd like to know if there is any was to sell gift certificates. I searched this forum and founв information that this process can be full automatized by using HikaSerial, but I's like to know if it's possible to do with HikaShop only?

What I need:
1. I need to create products called "Gift certificate - $xx", where xx - sum. So, it's not a problem to manually create it.
2. I need buyer to fill different additional information like Name of the person which will be granted, his contact data, etc.
3. After user purchased certificate - I will manually create coupon for him and email him.

Is that possible to do point (2)?
