Hello!

We have noticed a problem in HikaShop. Here’s a path to show you the problem:

1. In a product we choose “Variants”.
2. When we are in a product variant we click on the photo to write its Title.
3. After writing the title, we click on “OK”, and then everything gets white and there’s nothing else you can do.

I attach two screenshots - Step1 and Step2 to help you identify the issue. Please, let us know what’s wrong as our client already has access to the shop and he wants to insert his products as soon as possible.

Hello,

I'm unable to reproduce your issue on my side, can you try to change your popup options here :
- Components => HikaShop => Configuration
- Click on Display tab, and have a look on General display options and reproduce this configuration like on this screenshot :

If that's don't solve your issue, thanks to provide us a backend user access, for this use our "Contact Us" form, here .
