err_cashe_miss when going back to previous page

Good afternoon,
i am running hikashop business edition.when i am inside a hikashop category or inside a product detail and i want to go back to previous page, i am taking this error that i attached.This is not happening always.But i really have problem and also this confuse my customers.Can you help me please?
