/media/com_hikashop/css/backend_default.css

If you don't have the file or you "damaged" it, unzip the HikaShop install package, find it there in /media/css/backend_default.css, then copy it to the above location.

Note: typically there's no reason to mess with core files. Most everything can be done the proper way with overrides.
