Manual select products to show

I need to show (in module or content or hikamenu item) page with manual selected products. Regular div layout. With manual/custom order.
Something like bestseller module, but with manual selection of products.

That's simple to do:

1. Create a new product category under "Root", outside the regular "Product category". Name it what you want, e.g. "Featured".
2. Add this new category to the products you want to see in the module.
3. Create a new "HikaShop Content Module", select your new category in option "Main category", "Ordering" in option "Ordering field", and everything else as per your needs and likings.
4. Publish the module to the position and page(s) where you want to see it.

My first option was that. But i have problem with ordering. Products are allready manual ordered in primary category. Now if i reorder them for featured display, in primary is wrong order.

What if you try re-ordering them in the backend listing of the new category? It should affect only this category, then.
(Note: in the backend listing you'll need to change the selection from "All sub elements" to "Direct sub elements" to be able to change the order.)
