Distance between image and category name

I always have a big empty space between image and category name.
In menu options, I set image width and heigth to 400 x 300 px.
If I set height to 200 px, image gets smaller but distance remains.

The same happens to products.

Where can I control the distance between image and category name and between image and product name?
