Products count in category

-- HikaShop version -- : HikaShop Business 2.6.3,
-- Joomla version -- : 3.5
-- PHP version -- : 5.5.12

hi,
The product counts in my site shows some strange numbers as in the attached file, I just have no idea that why the 1st lever shows 19 items but the 2ed level shows 7 + 3



So I checked from the backend products, and it showed the 1st level have 10 items, as my screenshot shows:



Could you tell me what cause the problem, thanks.

Because the site is in Chinese, so I provide 3 url for home page, products list and product detail.

I don't know what is categories three, I think it would be easier to let you access the back end, so I sent an email through the Contact us with the back end access account into.

Hi,

In your main category, you have 9 products directly linked to it:
take.ms/OWDwq
And then, in the sub categories, you have 7 and 3 products.
So that's 19 products in total.
The counting is correct.
You should remove the products from the main category 休閒零嘴 if you don't want them to be counted in.

I have 2 more question about the products list,
1. Can I set the category no showing "no sub directory" , if there are only products in the category.



2. Is that possible to set the products list no showing category on the top.

Hi,

1. You can use a translation override of that text if you want to remove it:
www.hikashop.com/download/languages.html#modify

2. Then in the "menu" setting of your categories listing module, instead of configuring a categories listing menu item, you should configure a products listing menu item.
