Rename City and State names in translation

Hi,

1. You can edit the zones and change their names via the menu System>Zones.

2. There is no option to only show discounted products. It's actually an option that we plan on adding in the next version of HikaShop.
For the time being, you would have to either develop a custom plugin to add that filtering on the products listing (kind of complex), or simply create an unpublished "discount" category, add it to the products with a discount as a second category and use that category in the settings of your module so that it only display the products of that discount category.
