Usually replies are given here within 24hrs; else is an extremely rare exception.
Meanwhile, as a temporary workaround, you could unpublish the field, or set it to not required.

Just FYI, it's not "me"... I'm a user just like you, just helping out here.
Then, like most if not all other plugins, this is optional, means no one forces you to use it. Imagine you always get alerts for everything you
could use but don't need or want...
Re. date format:
1. As already said, just in case, please make sure you have a very recent 2.6.3 as the one you have now might miss some brand-new hot fixes. Please confirm that you downloaded the latest HikaShop package and installed it since my previous post.
2. If so, and if the error persists: Please post a screenshot of the settings of the date picker field.
