Somethings issues with hikashop layout

Somethings issues happened with the hikashop layout in my website.
I cant change the layout website in homepage from table layout to grid layout, and list layout to show items in grid mode.



Item not show in grids -->


Show the dots before -->


When I choose Layout in list like as this picture -->


And I got the non image layout result -->


Brs! Please give me some advices to this case! Help me !
Should I upgrade to business Hikashop package?

Hello,

If the layout isn't changing, then you're probably editing the wrong content menu/module, can you give us a link to your product listing so that we can give you the ID of the good content menu/module to edit ?

Hi,

1. The issue you have with the DIV layout displaying in 1 column with the dots even though you configured it for several columns is because you've activated the "user bootstrap design" setting of HikaShop but your template is not compatible with bootstrap 2.
Either deactivate that option, or add bootstrap to your template:

2. If you want your listing to be responsive, I encourage you to use the "div" mode, activate the "use bootstrap design" setting and add bootstrap 2 to your Joomla template, or to use a Joomla template responsive and made to work with HikaShop. Most templates here should do that: www.hikashop.com/download/templates-for-hikashop.html

3. It's normal that you get an error when you access the URL truongthinhctst.com.vn/product since it's not a valid product page URL. It's missing the id/alias of the product at the end of the URL, like that:
truongthinhctst.com.vn/product/1-test

That right, my template not responvive & may be not compatible with boot strap 2.
