Hi,
On the front page of my Hikashop, I have reduced the size of the icons to fit 6 wide (as you will see)
if we call this 'level 1' icons, they are all small.

select one, and you go to 'sub-level 2' icons.
on some categories these are small, and on some they are large.
I cannot find the reason why they are different, could you please take a look and advise me ?

thanks in advance.

( I have sent an email with access details via the contact mail, also more details about the problem are included in the contact mail)

Hi,

The difference you see between the categories is configure you have configured in your categories canonical URLs going to different menu items and each menu item is configured differently.
The link index.php/vapourohm-shop/liquids/category/104-vapourohm-20pg-80vg goes to the menu item "vapourohm-shop/liquids" while the link index.php/category/13-accessories stays on the default menu item "vapourohm-homepage"
If you change the canonical URL link to index.php/vapourohm-shop/liquids/category/13-accessories, it would also display on three columns because the menu item vapourohm-shop/liquids is configured like that.

Hi nicolas, thanks for your reply,
I actually have not intentionally set up different canonical urls, I simply used 'new' category button, nothing more.
so I am a little confused, is this something to do with the template Ive used ?
I cant see how to change it :S

Hi,

Canonical URLs will be generated automatically by HikaShop when you have the "force canonical URLs on listing" setting of the HikaShop configuration set to "Use canonical URL and generate it if missing"
It's not linked to the template.
Set that option back to "No, generate the URLs", like it is by default and it won't generate canonical URLs.

Hi,

It is already set as I suggest.
So HikaShop is not generating the canonical URLs of your products. Either you set them there yourself, or you had that option activated at some point when it generated the canonical URLs in the past.

Hi nicolas, thanks, I found the problem, it was because 1 selection row was a module, and the other was from a menu, the settings were different, no canonicals just the display settings, sorted now, thanks
