product details disappear

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.6.3
-- Joomla version -- : 3.6.0
-- PHP version -- : 7.0.8

When I choose to display the product characteristics anything other than list the description and some other fields like options disappear from the product detail view.

All that is left is the main image and the extra images.

Did I miss anything ?

Hi,

This means that there is a problem with the customization of the product page layout. So you need to check the issue with your template provider or the person who did the customization of the product page layout on your end. They must have missed something.
You can verify that it comes from that by temporarily switching to the default template of Joomla where it should work fine.
