products that are back in stock module

I want to have a hikshop module which display "products that are back in stock". Is this possible ?
if so, what "Ordering field" should i select from the dropdown in the hikashop module->date display menu ?

The solution can be to create an un-published category named "Back in stock" for example, and add every products that are back in stock into that category, and then set the "Associated category" of your product listing to the "Back in stock" un-published category.
