problem in use CHARACTERISTICS and variants

hi,
We have several characteristics.When we enter a characteristics on a product, and go to manager variants ..but dont show charcteristics value or when show value charactristcs ,dont show complete value...
please help

Hi,

When you go to the variants tab of a product, you need to click on the "add variants" button to add new variants if you want to add new variants to the product.

I'll do it.
i click on the add variants and select but when click manage variant dont show any variants

Hi,

Regarding the video you posted, it looks like you're using a very old version of HikaShop regarding the fact that you still have the old product edition interface.
Please provide the HIkaShop version number you're using and if you want to share videos ; please do not share them as WMV in a ZIP file. You can use external services or simply screenshots.
