Product "Order" column not functional

I am unable to change the order of products in Hikashop component as I want to order the products in each category. I was able to do this before, but somehow when I now click on the order column, there is no response from the system. I don't get to see the check boxes and/or an option to move the item up or down.

I read in various support posts that this had happened to others, but do not see what the action required was?

Any ideas please?

Hi,

Indeed, you cannot order the products if the listing is set to "All sub elements". So, change it to "Direct sub elements", and you'll be able to order manually.
