We don't have some customers that report this kind of issue related to Custom fields, I think...
But we need more elements to be able to help you to solve this.
Can you provide :
- Your HikaShop & Joomla version
- Custom fields screenshot configuration
And just for checking, does your new orders display Custom fields value ?
Do you try to process an order WITH Joomla Error Reporting set to Maximum, and then see a error report ?
After switching this option to Maximum, do you see some
error message ?
If yes, what tells this error message ?
