Variant in product page problem

Hello,
We recently updated our Joomla and our Joomla Template to the newest version.
Please note that everything was working fine before the updates.

The Joomla template we use is Joomla Solid Pro from Joomla shine.

So here is the problem... In the front end, when an employee select a product and its variants, then click to add it to the cart, it is going to look pass the variant selected and put the default variant instead in the cart.

So for example, the orders crayons with the variant blue, and the default variant is normally black, when they press "Add to cart" they will have the black crayons and not the blue one....

Could you help us please, this is a major problem for us because our store is open to all our employees.
