I dont see the star vote after updating

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.6.4
-- Joomla version -- : 3.6.2

Hello I have a problem with display stars vote.
After the updating to essential 2.6.4 the stars are not visible anymore, you can see at this page:

The strange thing is that I was doing some test on a twin web-site and the stars are visible, as you can see :
bachecaviaggi.altervista.org/barattolo-da-300-g.html

Whats is the problem??

Are you sure that you can see the star on first web site?? Couse i tryed to see it by other computer and it is not visible.
However I already read the post that you suggested, I actually didnt understan how to solve..
I checked in the my override and i have just one relative Hikashop..I attache an image.
I have to delete that??
I dont understand when you guys talk about "If you have old override on the views "vote / mini" and "vote / form", so the stars could be not displayed correctly.
Please do a backup of your views, and remove the overrides to get the latest version of the files."
I have just the original files in those folders...

I discovered that if in the featuring I set vote and comment connected the stars are visible but if I set vote or comment they disapperas as now.

Update on my situation
The vote stars now are visible, I just change the image popup mode from shadowbox external to mootools
I dont know why it works now..
