-- HikaShop version -- : 2.6.4
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : 500 Unable to lead renderer class

Hi,

I have a problem with the mobile version of my shop. I am using the Joomla native mobile template. Yet when clicking on add to cart an error occurs: 500 Unable to load renderer class.
Is the Joomla mobile temple not suitable for Hikashop? And if so, could I get a reco reco what to use for mobile usage of the site? It did work before I updated to 2.6.4.... I cleared the cache and clicked update Database.

Thanks and regards

Thomas

Hi,

Set temporally the "error reporting level" to "maximum" and see to activate the debug mode.
You need to have the complete error message with the filename which generate the issue.

But I have to inform you that this error message is related to Joomla ; and not to HikaShop.
And HikaShop cannot mess up with the Joomla renderer class.

Hi,

A mobile template is normally not necessary since Joomla 3.0 as supports responsive templates.
If your template is responsive (and a huge huge majority of the templates are), a mobile template shouldn't be necessary as the display of your template should already adapt automatically on mobile phones.
For example, if you use your smartphone to access hikashop.com, you'll see that the pages still display relatively correctly and that instead of having a menu with a hover system, it is replaced by a dropdown so that you can use it properly on a smartphone (since there is no "hover" system on a smartphone as there is no mouse). That's done automatically by the template we're using and most Joomla templates have a similar system.

Hi,
sadly my template seems not to do so. I am using Minimus black template and it has no automatic adjustment.
