worldpay - going from test to live

this worked fine in test move - but going to live it fails

Where might the issue be? I changed an url to secure.worldpay.com/wcc/purchase - and that seems to link bit give the above error

much of the support documention seems to show fields which aren't available - but if it works in test mode then it shoudl work in live with teh same settings?
