Keywords exclusion list

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.6.4
-- Joomla version -- : 3.6.2
-- PHP version -- : 5.6

I've added a few missing words to the list to tidy up my automatic keywords but the pages don't seem to update. Is there a way to update all of my products without having to open and re-save them?
