Badge Not Displaying In Product Listing

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.6.4

Hi guys, I can't get the discount badges to show on product listings, but they'll show in product pages.

I read and followed the discount settings here but it's still not working.

Hi,

Which module/menu are you talking about exactly ?
The link you gave contains a lot of modules and your screenshot do not provide any detail.
So it is very difficult for us to understand the issue if we cannot see what is going on exactly.

Basically it's not showing on

  • all the Hikashop Content Modules
  • all the product listing pages

but it is showing on the Product Pages (product details)

For example
  1. It is showing here (Product Page) - unicomms.saveusfromdiabetes.com/hikashop...iety-mixed-doughnuts

  • But not here (Hikashop Content Module)
  • And not here (Hikashop Product Listing)

    I need to show the badges on
    • Product pages (product details)
    • Hikashop Content Modules
    • Product Listings

    All menu and module Hikashop settings that you see have Show Badges set to on.

    Hi,

    Try downloading the HikaShop install package on our website and install it on your website. That will add a fix regarding the discounts not being loaded on listings. And I suppose that the problem with the badges not displayed is linked to that issue as your badges are probably linked to the discounts on your products.
