-- url of the page with the problem -- : overdrivemerch.com/product-categories.html
-- HikaShop version -- : 2.6.4
-- Joomla version -- : 3.6.4

I am using bootstrap design for the display in the General Display option so items are as big as possible on mobile, but on desktop, I am still getting default single column when I want it to display at least 3 columns, which is what I have it set up for in Modules main default options - Number of Columns: 3

As well as my menu, under Div/List/Inherit, they are all set up for 3 columns

Why is this not applying? I have another site ( www.hotpicksusa.com ) and I have set up this site identical, yet it refuses to show multiple columns on a desktop.

Thank you!

Hi,

The problem is with the CSS of the template. It indeed includes some pieces of bootstrap, but it seems to be missing the CSS code relative to the responsive / grid system of boostrap.
I would recommend to add the default CSS of bootstrap to your template as explained here:
www.inmotionhosting.com/support/edu/joom...mplate/add-bootstrap
That should hopefully work.
