Hi,

In the settings of your modules, you'll find a "product page" display setting which allows you to say if you want the module to display or not on the product pages of your website. So please make sure that this setting is turned on for these modules.

Hi,

Then, if you switch to the default template of Joomla, do the modules display properly ?
If so, it's likely linked to the way the template adds the modules on the sidebar. I actually don't know how it's done so hard to say why it would do that though.

Hello,

Sure !
When you switch to the default Joomla template, don't forget to change the "Position" option of your cart module to a valid position of your Joomla template so that it can be displayed correctly.

Also can you change the value of the "Position" option of your Hikashop cart module to a valid position of your current template to check if the issue isn't coming from your module position ?

Thank you.

Hello,

In order to process some test can you provide some Frontend (customer) & Backend (with administrator level) references, for this use " Contact us ".
Precise, if you site is actually in production phase, because some tests may not be really transparent on the frontend.
I'm quite astonished that even the product page isn't well displayed in default Joomla template...

Awaiting news from you.

Hi,

We got the access.
I've checked to display the cart module on the default template of Joomla and the cart module displays fine.
I've then configured the cart module "HikaShop Cart Module test bottom" to display in the bottom1 position of your template and I could also see the content of the cart module at the bottom of the page.
I've left the module disabled so that you can enable it and try for yourself.
As the cart module displays fine on other templates and in another position of your template, I can only conclude that the problem is with the way your template display that position in the left slider that it has.
Thus, we can't help you on that problem and you'll have to contact your template provider to ask them why the module content is not displayed in that position.

Hi,

I indeed did my tests on the listing page since that was the link you provided and where you had the issue.
And on the listing page, the cart module does display fine in the bottom position and doesn't display in the slider of the template. So it doesn't indicate a problem with the template.

And regarding the product page link you gave, it doesn't even display the product page content itself. That's not normal. The default templates of Joomla are not supposed to not display the content of the product page. So something is messing up the default templates too on the product page which would explain why the cart module does display there. Hard to say what is the source of the issue, but what's stranger is that the product page content does display for your template and not the default ones so it's not like HikaShop is not sending the content of the product page to the template... I don't knwo what you did but a normal Joomla website isn't supposed to do that. It might be linked to system plugins interfering with the display. You could try disabling them one by one.
But that's not linked to the cart module not displaying on the left slider once you had a product in the cart on your listing page.
That's clearly independent from HikaShop.

HI,

Thank you for all your assistance. I really appreciate your help in resolving the problem.
Regarding your suggestion, i check my system plugin one by one.

The problem is i refactor a phoca-download plugin try to implement more function on hikashop, but seems like make some bugs in regular expression and .xml file of the plugin.
Fix bugs or disable the plugin can solve the cart module, content module and prodcut page display problem.

Thank you again for everything you’ve done.
