add to cart Popup strange behavior

Hi,

I have a strange behavior and do not know where it could came from.

On the site when I go "Commander / Offre Packagées" select a product and add it to the cart the popup appears.
But when I go to "Commander / Offres à la Carte / Etape 1" select a product and add it to the cart the popup does not show

As far as I know, I have setup the same configuration for all products pages...

Where could it come from ?

Hi,

Hard to say, but easy to solve.
Add the code:
<input type="hidden" name="popup" value="1"/>
at the top of your "show_default" view file via the menu Display>Views and that should fix the problem.

I have another problem, when I try any browser I cannot acces Hikashop.com here what I get :



I could connect using tor browser...

I am terribly sorry gentlemens !
It was my firewall that banned you !!

Have you had any "bizarre " (I do not know how to say) script on your site so that my firewall banned you automatically ?
Anyway I can again access the site normally

My firewall is free Privatefirewall 7.0

Again sorry about alarming you !

Hi,

Maybe it was your firewall but... your IP was also listed in the banned IP when I looked.
It looks like you have made a lot of (specific) page requests in a very short period of time (2sec) so our server placed your IP in the ban list for several hours.
Please note that our server is configure to block spam, bot and DDoS attacks ; the check levels have been tweaked during months and we have very few false ban.

PS : Instead of Tor, you can simply use a VPN like the free one provided by Opera Browser.

Thanks Jerome for the info about the opera browser, didn't know.

About page requests, be sure that no from my point of view, but anyway as My provider is Orange here in France I have a different Ip every day, so the Ip blocking on your side should not have been the problem, but I am sure that it was my firewall (as said in my Email).
Why my firewall blocked yous server IP is also strange to me... look like we had the same problem at the same time and the same automated reaction...

Anyway anything is great now.
