Thumbnails not displaying larger

I have a read a lot of different thumbnail display questions in the forum. I have not found the issue.
The thumbnails are these tiny little things that you can not see clearly, way to small.
I have changes the thumbnail size to 200x200
I have deleted the thumbnail folders.
THe HikaShop recreated 200x200 thumbnails.

The issue is I do not know what you call the additional images under the product image.

I want to resize the images below the main product image.

I have tried the minimal beeze3 template same issue. So it is not isolated to my template.
I have deleted all thumbnails, and images. then only uploaded images and thumbnails were generated.
I have changed configuration in system>configuration>imges
I do not see any logical changes display>Default parameters for products
I have turned bootstrap on and off.

Changed the CSS element
/index.php?option=com_hikashop&ctrl=config#display_css
img.hikashop_child_image from 25 to 75

Seems to work now..
