VAT isn't showed properly

I want to show to consumers (not logged in) the price incl VAT and to logged in customers excl VAT.

In the configuration I said: no VAT.

In the menu option for consumers I said: show incl VAT.
After that you can see this:
The product price here is incl VAT: versteeg.p100.nl/category/18-etalagemanden
On screen further is ex VAT: versteeg.p100.nl/product/24-65001-

The question is: THE LAST ONE HAS TO BE INCL VAT AS WELL. HOW TO FIX THAT?



Now you can login with Testklant / Testklant

In the menu option for logged in customers I said: show excl VAT.
After that you can see this:
Both are without VAT:
versteeg.p100.nl/home-3/category/18-etalagemanden
On screen further: versteeg.p100.nl/home-3/product/24-65001-
The price for logged in customer are lower. That's correct!!!!!!
