-- Joomla version -- : 3.6.5

In the Category page I miss the link to the product list. When I click on the category I end on a empty page?
Hope any one can help.

Hi,

Switch to the defaulte template of Joomla and see if that helps.
If you see the products, then there is probably an issue with the view overrides of your template. Try renaming the file templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/html/com_hikashop/category/listing.php
If you don't, then it must be linked to a setting in the "products options" tab of the settings page of your menu item. Could you provide a screenshot of the settings there?

Hi Nicolas
I am not sure what you mean, but here is the screen shoot.
I can see the products if I click on the product list in the menu. If I click on category in the menu and get windows with different category and click on one category the product list do not appear. Only a empty page.
I think you need to explain in more details what I can do and how.
Best regards
Peter

Hi,

Did you try switching to the default template of Joomla ? Does it work in that case ?
You can do that in the Joomla templates manager:
docs.joomla.org/J3.x:How_to_use_the_Template_Manager
If it works, then as I said, you can rename the file templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/html/com_hikashop/category/listing.php and it should fix the problem.
You can do that via FTP or your cpanel file manager.
You might want to ask your hosting support on how to do that.

Hi Nicolas
It is already as a default...see photo.
I have filezilla and I found the file, but rename to what name and where?
See screen photo.

Hi,

Well you need to change the name of the file. For example, add a character in its name. The goal is that the system can't find the file anymore.

Hi Nicolas
I found the problem.
I needed to go to Modules/ Hikashop Produkt Listing and put mark as showed in the added screen shot.
Now it is working:-)
Best regards
Peter
