-- url of the page with the problem -- : localhost
-- HikaShop version -- : 3.0.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.6.5

I configured this exactly the same way as another functioning product page on another site. The product picture is not changing on my product variants. i have individual pictures for each variant. i tried to use .csv file to move products. it did not work, so i added the products from scratch. did i create unnecessary tables that would cause this problem. could i use table exclude on akeeba backup to fix this? Any ideas

Kind regards

Hi,

Did you add one image for each variant ? And not all the images to the main product ?
Could you provide a full screenshot of the settings of the product and of one or two variants ?
Try with the default template of Joomla. If you don't have the problem with it, it's likely related to a template override.

Hi
i did add 1 picture per variant
i have all the pictures in the main product for display only. it usually changes when selecting color to a single picture
im not comfortable with trying the default template for a test
I have it configured identically on another website and it works fine
Its likely a template override because i have had it work perfectly configured exactly the same elsewhere.
im not familiar with a hikashop template override

Kind regards
P.S. im rooting for Le Pen

Hi,

Your settings look fine.
Without being able to look at the page, I can say much.
But I suppose it's linked to the template view overrides.
Switching the template temporarily would allow you to test if that's the case or not.

Hello,

The best solution will probably be to :
- check if you have some views customization for your front-end template through the page "Hikashop->Display->Views"
- remove these views customization but don't forget to make a backup before removing them.

Hi,

Your screenshot is showing view for the "beeze3" template ; which is a template you just told is working fine.
So you need to use the dropdown filters to only display the front-end elements, for the "product" view and for your front-end template which have the problems.

One other possibility is that your template have some errors (javascript errors) which stop the processing of the HikaShop javascript.
But in that case, I'm afraid that you will have to see with your template provider to fix the issues.
