Hello,
I have the following problem with the products.
The products in the demo displays the shopping cart page and
related item description. The following list links

http: //localhost/orologigalileo.com/index.php/store/category/books
[2]
http: //localhost/orologigalileo.com/index.php/store/product/book-1
[3]

Products taken by importing from CSV, fail to display the shopping
cart page. the links you get are:

http:
//localhost/orologigalileo.com/index.php/store/category/orologi-uomo
[4]
http: //localhost/orologigalileo.com/index.php [5]? option =
com_content & view = article & id = 3

and then the error appears:

404 THE PAGE YOU REQUESTED WAS NOT FOUND

I would like to use HikaShop catalog.

I would like to know how to do to be able to properly view the articles loaded with new categories.

Hi,

I'm sorry but I don't understand the problem.
For which URL exactly do you have that 404 error message ?
For the URL http: //localhost/orologigalileo.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=3 ? If that's the case, that's not a HikaShop URL so the 404 error is not related to HikaShop. And if you get that URL when you click on a product, then it means that you've entered that invalid URL as canonical URL of the product instead of leaving that field empty or entering the real URL of the product page.

Hi,

So you don't get that URL. You actually get that URL:
www.orologigalileo.com/index.php/collezioni/product/p2731324
which doesn't work and then the Joomla redirect system redirect you to that www.orologigalileo.com/index.php?option=...nt&view=article&id=3 URL which displays the 404 error.

The URL www.orologigalileo.com/index.php/collezioni/product/p2731324 doesn't work because you've activated the option "Remove products and categories id in URLs" but either you didn't specify an alias in the product and the product code is a number, or because the alias is different than p2731324 in your product.
Either way, enter p2731324 in the alias of your product and the link will then work.

Hi,

The option "Remove products and categories id in URLs" is under the "Features" tab of the HikaShop configuration and is turned off by default, in order to avoid such issues.
