Into characteristics view doesn't appear BUY button

-- HikaShop version -- : 3.0.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : no buy button when characteristics list view is set up

Hello.
I have products with characteristics; I set LIST for characteristic

selection method BUT if a product hasn't got characteristic, the buy button doesn't appear.

Hi,

Thank you for the screenshot ; but we will need a direct link to the product pages in order to be able to see the problem.
Like that we can't say if there is a problem in the core, in your view override or a template CSS issue.
Because it looks like you have already have some customization in your page.

In my local website, I changed the characteristic select to "list" and I have still the normal "add to cart" button in my product page without variants.
So unfortunately, my first impression is that it is coming from one customization and it does not looks like a bug in the HikaShop core.

So please provide us a link to your product page and also details about your existing view override for the product page.

So please provide us a link to your product page and also details about your existing view override for the product page.

Regarding the product page source code, you have an override for your "product / show_default" view.
If you performed that customization, you should check what you have done.
If it is coming from your template, you should contact their support in order to get details.

But because it is not the default content provided by HikaShop ; we won't be able to provide you any fix.

Thanks for the answer.
First of all, I'll check show_default view: your suggestion is enough for the moment. Really thank you.

Regarding the hikashop version, when I sent the post, I had installed the 3.0 version, but I had a lot of problems whit it, because, after the update, wasn't possible to buy any product because the "buy button" didn't work
... I know ... I'm unlucky !!!
Do you think my customization could adversely affect the behavior of 3.0 version?

Hello,

Without see the view code that will be hard to answer you, but customization can always leads some issue.
If after HikaShop update there is some issue, you can easily check this point by save your override view on your side and remove it by clicking on the little trash icon in order to see if that solve issue.

Hi.
Thanks for all your answers: I found the problem. The error was inside the template customization, not in HikaShop scripts.

The template had customized also the hika shop view: I found into the customized code an error. There was a wrong condition, that hide the "buy div" when the characteristic view was set on list method.
