Hi,

I've checked on my end but I don't have the problem.
Do you have the "show title" setting of the related products module turned on ?
Can you also switch to the default template and see if you get the title ?
It might be linked to an old view override you have.

The problem is that the module is disabled but still related products appear under the item card ... without the title

Hi,

If you're using "modules under the product page" ; HikaShop and Joomla does not care if the module is published or not.
HikaShop is asking Joomla to display the module (thanks to his ID) and Joomla is performing the display.

Hello and thanks for the reply.

Okay, but then why still it does not receive the title although the form is set as visible?

Hi,

Make sure that the "show title" setting of your related module is turned on.
If that's the case and you don't see the title, then I can only think that it comes from a view override of the template, which is why I proposed to try switching the template to see if it was related to that or not. By the way, you didn't say what was the result of that test ?
