Product display unsorted. Why?

-- HikaShop version -- : 3.0.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.6.5
-- PHP version -- : 5.6

I've set the grid: 2 x 3, like below:
X X
X X
X X

I've set "product sort price", "ascendig" and "random objects: NO"

Instead I display the product like below:
X X
X X
O X
X O

"O" means white space. "X" means: item

Why? Where is the issue? On each page I should display 6 items, like the first scheme and not like the second scheme with white space.

High Consistency is set: YES

I've set th grid: 3 x 3
But I continue to display the product like below

X = item
O = blank space

Hi,

So you have a javascript error or a third party plugin which does not allow the "consistency height" algorithm to work properly.

Are you sure?
The "consistency height" algorithm works just to fit all products box to the same height. In my case I don't display the product-box (container) and I don't know why?
Are you really sure it doesn't depend on your component?

Hi,

If the height consistency script was right called and would be able to do his job, all product blocks would have the same height.
So you wouldn't have responsive issues due to some block smaller than the others in the same line.

Please note that you just provided information using "X" and "O", not a single page or anything which would allow us to take a look and give you a precise answer.
So we are trying to help with the elements with have got. And that's really a few.

But otherwise, yes I'm sure that your problem is related to the height consistency and that HikaShop do not have any Javascript errors in his code.
