Breadcrumbs not showing for certain menu items but show OK for others

Hi,
I have a situation where breadcrumbs display for certain menu items but not others. For instance breadcrumbs display for:
arhsvic.org.au/publications-sales/newsrail-archive/archive-2013
but not for
arhsvic.org.au/publications-sales/newsrail-archive/archive-2012 or for:
arhsvic.org.au/publications-sales/newsrail-archive/archive-2014
arhsvic.org.au/publications-sales/newsrail-archive/archive-2015
I've tried to see what is unique for the item where breadcrumbs do indeed display but I cannot pick up what is unique.
Screen prints attached show the menu structure, a screen which shows breadcrumbs displaying and one which shows breadcrumbs not displaying.
The template used is Elegance frome ThemeChoice which is a Helix 3 template (
