Upgrading to 3.0.0 messed up the layout

Hello,
I just updated to 3.0.0 and now my products and categories are all messed up. I had them set in a 4 x 5 layout, and the site is now showing them in a 1 x... layout, just in a single column.

On the interior pages, the identified area should be showing these categories in a 6 x 1 set up, but as with the home page it is doing the same thing and listing them all in a single column.


In the product pages, the content has now all shifted to the full left, and the image is on the right. Before, the image was on the left with the price/ brand/ stock/ qty/ add to all on the right.


There has not been any changes to the layout files other then color and size of text.
Your help is resolving this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

The site is currently offline as it is not ready for launch (certainly not now), but let me know if you need a password to get in.
