price in cart problem

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.6.3
-- Joomla version -- : 3.6.5
-- PHP version -- : 7.0.3
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : firefox 47

when i add more than 1 product to my cart , it's not aable to show the sum price , for example
product price is 5$ when i order 2 , it should be 10$ but is not like that.

Please provide a link to the product page and a screenshot of the settings of the corresponding product so that we can look at the issue.

So did it work before ?
Did you change something and then it didn't work ?
What if you temporarily switch to the default template ? Does it work with it ?

it was working but i didn't change the setting and the template is protostar (joomla default template )
where is the special setting of this problem?

Hi,

So you're saying that it was working, and you didn't do anything but all of a sudden it doesn't work ?
That's not possible. Something must have been changed on the website around the time it stopped working.
For example, you installed something, like a third party plugin, or you change a setting in another third party extension linked to HikaShop in some way.
Do you recall anything ?

i checked my plugin , setting , view.display and other else but i couldn't fix it.
don't you have any opinion , where do you think that i should check or ...

i told you that it was not like this from the beginning , but i was wrong , i checked my first akeeba back up before i publish my website (i install it on local) then i understood , i have the exact problem on that backup too. :(

Hi,

Well, I don't know what was done to be able to have that behavior and no one ever reported such behavior with HikaShop 2.6.3.
So it's hard to provide a solution...
You could try updating, but it might create other problems if you have customizations... and it might actually not fix the issue if it's not coming from a bug in HikaShop but a third party plugin interacting with hikaShop.
But that's all I can propose.
