I cannot update modules

Hi guys, I have Joomla and a Hikashop webshop, but today I found out I cannot reach certain options to edit my modules. I also tried creating new modules, both Hikashop and normal Joomal modules, but I cannot update the way I used to; all my important option buttons to edit are gone! And my admin menu looks very strange, please see the printscreens I enclosed. I have no idea what happened, hopefully someone else does? My apologies if I posted this message in the wrong subject. I have php 5.6.22 and Joomla 3.6.5 and Hikashop 2.6.4 (paid version, last paid and renewed in november 2016 so should still work? I never heard of new versions and/or update link?)
