hello

excuse me, about the product contact page, I have some problems to ask.

I add a custom field which is text type in contact form and set the default value "GF-HMM28" but in the contact page the value is blank, why ?

and how to customize the "contact us for more information" page to what I want such like the attachment contact3.png ?

Hi,

We didn't get your screenshots.
Regarding the default value not being taken into account, I was able to reproduce the problem and added a patch on our end.
Download the install package on our website and install it on yours and that will add the patch to fix that problem.

sorry, I have re-attached the screenshot, please check, thank you.

and I have downloaded the latest version 3.0.1 then installed on my web, but the custom text field is still blank although I set default value for it.

Hi,

If go in the HikaShop version, next to the version number, you can see the build number which starts with the date of the creation of the build and then the time (UTC-1).
On your website, I can see that you have the build 1705041726, so from the 4th of May. However, my previous message on this thread and the patch were done on the 5th of May. So it's normal that you still have the problem as the build you're using is older than when we added the patch to fix the issue.
Please download again the install package on our website, and make sure that you use that package and not another one and install it on your website and you should get the latest build with that patch. It should then work fine.

Hello,

That specific part would require some customization in your product page in order to "move" the block where the contact us button is displayed.
To do so, you need to do a view override of the product page layout (mostly "show_default").
