-- HikaShop version -- : 3.0.1
-- Joomla version -- : 3.7.0
-- PHP version -- : 7.1.4
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Chrome

I have two templates, one for the homepage and the other for all other links in the site. For some reason after clicking on a product from the homepage, the product details page is using the homepage template instead of using the links template for all other links. Is there some way to make all hikashop pages load into the links template instead of it trying to use the homepage template for some reason or is there a setting im missing?

Thanks N Advance

Hello,

From what you give us, I see 2 roots issue :
1°) You use some Canonical Url that leads to "erase" listing Id, and so prevents the good template to be applied.
=> Check this by going in Components => HikaShop => Configuration, then in Features tab go in SEF url options part, and change the Force canonical URLs on listings option for "No, generate the URLs".

2°) If that don't work, maybe you have a plugin that customize template choice, OR you have yourself customize some elements.
=> In order to better understand this root issue can you provide some backend references AND Url link (to one of your listing products)

Note : You can use our Contact us form in order to provide this references, don't forget to add an Url link to this topic.

Regards

Hello,

My bad I make a big mistake to ask you backend access, this way of helping is reserved customers with paid versions...
Sorry for this, the next step of test will be, (if you don't have customization) to try to switch off plugins one by one and to process test for each in order to find which plugin can leads to this behavior.

Again sorry for my error, and awaiting news from you.

Regards
