Strange layout backend

-- HikaShop version -- : 3.1.1
-- Joomla version -- : 3.7.2

HEllo,

When I try to open the product- or category view I got a layout without any design and I miss the Joomla-template. Do you know what is wrong?

Hello,

You have a PHP Fatal error ; please check your PHP error log or activate the debug mode in your Joomla global configuration in order to get the error message and his details.

Hi Jerome,

thanks for the quick reply: I got this error-message:

Fatal error: imagecreatefromjpeg(): gd-jpeg: JPEG library reports unrecoverable error: Not a JPEG file: starts with 0x47 0x49 in /var/www/vhosts/anker.nu/httpdocs/administrator/components/com_hikashop/helpers/image.php on line 918

I have deleted all 'not-image' files in directory images/com_hikashop/_upload but the error still exists. In the directory there are now ony BMP, JPG, GIF and PNG-fils. Where I can find the 'non-JPEG' file?

Hi,

Just before that line, in that file, add the code:
var_dump($image);
That will output the path of the image just before the error message so you'll be able to know which image is causing the error.

There was indead a problem with same images. I have deleted them and now it is ok!
